Please join us on Saturday, April 7th at Richmond Yacht Club, from 1pm to 5 pm, for our next Racer Social! Eric Sprouse, a sailor himself in addition to being a trauma nurse with years of experience in emergency medicine, will lead the class which will cover a variety of topics from dealing with sea sickness and hypothermia, to treating trauma cases and knowing the signs that an injury has escalated and needs emergency attention. Learn what supplies to keep on board and what over the counter medicines you should keep stocked. This educational and engaging seminar will help skippers and crew be more prepared, whether day sailing around San Francisco Bay, or heading out beyond the Golden Gate.
