2017 Membership & PHRF Renewals
2017 PHRF Certificates are now available!
2017 is right around the corner and the YRA is ready for the new year! You can now register for a 2017 PHRF Certificate, either a renewal of an existing certificate or a new certificate, through our registration page at Jibeset.net.

If you have a straightforward renewal, with no changes, there are no additional forms required, simply complete the Jibeset Registration form and you’re certificate will be emailed to you once it has been processed. If you do have changes to make you we recommend you email the changes to the YRA office and then complete the Jibeset Registration form.
Need a certificate that hasn’t had a certificate before? Download the 2017 PHRF Application HERE. You can email or fax this completed form back to the YRA office and then either pay through Jibeset or by filling in the payment info on the bottom of the form. If you prefer to send a check you can return the completed form with your payment to the YRA Office through the regular mail as well.
If we have not rated your type of boat before, or if it’s been customized from it’s original stock configuration, your application will have to go the PHRF Committee for review. The Committee meets on the 4th Thursday of each month, except July and December when there are no meetings held. To get on the agenda, please have your application, and supporting documentation, to the YRA Office by the 3rd Thursday of the month.
Processing time varies throughout the year, depending on the volume of certificate requests received. We try to turn certificates around within a week, but it may take longer during especially busy times of the year.
Have a Multihull? You’ll need to contact BAMA to obtain a rating certificate.
