Registration is open for the 2022 Bluewater Bash
New this year, the YRA is running a 150 nm long-distance ocean race. The inaugural Bluewater Bash is being held in honor of the bay area’s own Jocelyn Nash- a pioneer in women’s sailing.
The race starts off the SF City Front on Friday, May 6th and will take boats out to a specific longitude before boats turn and head back to the City Front. This race is an excellent opportunity for PacCup competitors to get their qualifying sail checked off their to-do list before this year’s race to Hawaii, and, should be a fun race for ocean racers looking for a longer race that will keep everyone racing for more than just one day.
