The NCPHRF Committee meets once a month, except for the months of July and December, when no meetings are held. Generally, meetings are held the 4th Monday of the month. To have a boat included on the agenda for an upcoming meeting, boat information needs to be received by the YRA Office no later than the Thursday prior to the scheduled meeting.
