The YRA Presents: Rob’s 99% Rules
While there are 12 rules that apply when boats meet, there are only 5 or so concepts a sailor needs to know. Much of the details in the RRS cover situations that almost never occur, so at this informative evening with Rob Overton, Chairman of the US Sailing Racing Rules Committee, we’ll discuss the situations that do often occur, and review the tactical implications.
