Registration is open for 2020 PHRF Certificates!
As of December 1, 2019 the new PHRF Certificate & YRA Membership year is open. Renew your membership and certificate now and get ahead of the game for the 2020 racing year, including the upcoming SSS Three Bridge Fiasco on Saturday, January 25th!. Remember, YRA Members get a discount on PHRF Fees, get complimentary certificate changes throughout the year and are eligible to race in YRA races, like the 2020 Great Vallejo Race on April 25th & 26th.
