The 2017 Ocean Racing Series Starts on 4/22!
Time is running out to enter the kick-off race of the 2017 Ocean Racing season! The Full Crew Lightship race heads out the gate on April 22nd at 1040 hrs.
The OYRA offers divisions for Multihulls, PHRF boats, Single-Handed crews and Double-Handed crews. Entries close on Thursday, April 20th at 5pm. If you’ve already entered, don’t forget that you need to have your crew lists and boat information completed by the same April 20th at 5pm deadline.
New to Ocean Racing? The Lightship Race is a great starter race. It’s 25nm and goes from the StFYC Race Deck out to the SF Approach Buoy and back to the StFYC. Ocean Racing does have specific equipment requirements which can be viewed HERE.
You can enter a single ocean race, or, come out for the full season and be eligible to compete for the Season Championship!
